Our bacons are some of the finest produced anywhere in the country. We only use traditional breeds of pig that have been raised organically and sustainably from a single estate in Kent. We then slowly dry-cure our pork using a delicate blend of natural salts and botanicals before air drying and smoking, a process that typically takes up to 4 weeks to complete.

All packs minimum of 230g.

We have six varieties of streaky to choose from:

Traditional unsmoked
Dry-cured with pepper, juniper and bay. Air-dried.
Superbly flavoured traditional streaky bacon.

Traditional smoked
Dry-cured with pepper, juniper and bay. Air-dried and smoked over oak and apple.
Superbly flavoured traditional streaky bacon with medium levels of smoke.

Maple-cured unsmoked
Dry-cured with additional pure maple syrup. Air dried.   
A less savoury and slightly sweeter streaky bacon. Great on pancakes and waffles.

Maple-cured and smoked
Dry-cured with additional pure maple syrup. Air dried and smoked over oak and apple.
A slightly sweeter bacon with added smoke complexity. A great partnership.

London Black unsmoked
Dry-cured with pepper, juniper and bay. Pickled in molasses and Meantime London Porter beer. Air-dried.
A traditional recipe with a wonderful tang provided by the molasses and porter.

London Black smoked
Dry-cured with pepper, juniper and bay. Pickled in molasses and London Porter beer. Air-dried and smoked over oak and apple.
A tangy savoury bacon with added smoke complexity. One of our favourites.
