We offer three options for you to get hold of our produce. These are:
- Collection: You are welcome to collect your orders direct from the smokehouse or from one of our market stalls. Please call ahead- 07837 838 241 or email – email@example.com beforehand.
- Free local delivery: If you live in the SE19 postcode we will deliver free to you door for all orders over £25.
- ParcelForce next day delivery: There is a small fee for this which covers the costs of the postage and insulated packaging ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. Your products will need to be signed for on collection.
We think food should be served as fresh as possible and hence our products are typically made to order. We will let you know if there is likely to be a delay with your order. We offer 24hour delivery to keep your products in tip top condition but please note that orders are typically sent out on Thursday for arrival on Friday. It is advisable to order in advance especially over busy periods. We will do our best to accommodate delivery at other times if requested.
You are responsible for giving us your full and correct delivery address and contact details. Please ensure someone is able to take collection and provide a signature as we cannot be held responsible for products that are returned to depot.
Packages can be left in specific locations (e.g. in a porch) without the need of a signature. However, we accept no liability for loss or damage in these circumstances. At the checkout you will be asked to include recipient’s telephone number and any drop off / delivery / directions instructions.
If there is anything further element of delivery that we can support you with please let us know. We will be happy to try to accommodate you wherever possible.
We make special arrangements to cope with the Christmas demand. Orders required in time for Christmas and New Year should be received ASAP in December though we try to keep our order book open as long as possible. Please note that delivery on a specific day during this period cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Orders for the New Year holiday period must be dispatched prior to Christmas. Please see notes above. The first delivery after the New Year will be earliest 15th January when we have been able to produce fresh stock after the holiday period.
Orders required for Christmas 2017 will be dispatched on 12th, 14th, 19th and 20th December on a standard next day service. Please note that last minute delivery leaves no room for courier error.
