Delivery & Collections

We work on a weekly production cycle making, slicing and packing our products to order (we believe this is the best way to get you the finest, freshest food). 

Orders placed by Wednesday evening at 9pm will be included in the week’s dispatch. Orders taken after this point will automatically be rolled into the next week’s production cycle.

Please do contact us if your order is urgent and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Free delivery on orders over £95: If your order total exceeds £95 you will not be charged for delivery when you get to checkout. There is a fee applied for all orders under £95 to cover the costs of P&P, ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. We subsidise these costs and do everything we can to keep them as low as possible.

Receiving your goods: At checkout you will be presented with options to either collect or have your products delivered. You will then be able to choose a date when you would like to receive your order. We will send out an email by Thursday morning with information about your order. If you are ordering as a gift, please let the recipient know to expect a package as we are not responsible for products that are returned to the delivery depot. The majority of items are sent in insulated packaging which are too large to post through letter boxes and therefore require someone to take delivery. 

National Delivery: We dispatch all packages for national delivery outside London via Parcelforce. We recommend downloading and registering with the Parcelforce app, which allows you to leave delivery instructions (e.g. safe place, neighbour or local post office).

Delivery to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, and Scottish highlands and islands will be subject to an additional £10 charge and may take longer to arrive. We will contact you after the purchase to take this payment. 

London Delivery: Packages to London postcodes outside of our cargo bike delivery area will be dispatched on Thursday for next day delivery via Packfleet. Packfleet also has good quality communications and you will be notified of your delivery slot on the morning of the delivery.

Local Delivery by Cargo Bike: Packages to nearby customers in South and Central London will be dispatched by cargo bike (ridden by our wonderful rider, Chris) each Friday and are usually delivered between 11am and 6pm.
